Trailer-Based Stage Hire – Dorset & Hampshire

The trailer-based stage means that it can be easily delivered to the event, and with its latest technology can be set up and in position within 1 hour.

Dry Hire or Turnkey Packages

The stage setup is ideal for those events with a small build window or those events with limited notice on the event taking place. With a build time of approximately 1 hour, our stage is ready for installation of sound and lighting, cutting your set-up times to a minimum. We offer the choice of either dry hire or a complete turnkey package depending on your requirements.

Dry Hire

This format is for event organisers who wish to dry hire our trailer stage unit and have their own sound and lighting equipment ready to install.

Our professional technical crew will deliver and set up the stage at a destination of your choice.

Once our crew have carried out an inspection of the ground and are happy that the area is safe to build, our professional staff will construct the stage ready for you to rig.

On completion of the build we will carry out a full inspection and walk around with the client or safety officer to sign off the stage for your use.

Our staff are happy to offer advice and guidance with the loading and rigging process

Collection of the stage is just as simple, we agree a pre-arranged time to arrive on site, and once the stage has been cleared of all sound and lighting our team will have the stage dismantled and removed from the event area within an hour.

We are based in the Dorset and Hampshire area, and cover the entire south coast of England but we are more than happy to deliver our stage to any venue across the UK. (Delivery charges may apply).

Turnkey Packages

Everything you need under one roof!

We offer a complete turnkey package to meet all the staging and production requirements for your event.

No need to deal with multiple contractors, we can supply you with all or part of the following:

• Arched Roof 8m x 6m Trailer Stage
  Stage comes complete with steps and PA wings
• PA, Sound equipment with stage monitors mixed from the stage or Front of House position.
  Can be arranged in line with your technical requirements.
• Professional Lighting Equipment
  Full lighting rig, LED par cans, moving heads, blinders, hazer machines, everything you need for the perfect concert.
• Lighting Technician
  Responsible for Installation of lighting rig, runs the lighting desk throughout the event.
• Stage Manager
  Oversees the set-up and installation, liaises with technical crews and artists, responsible for H&S and running of stage during event.
• Sound Technician
  Responsible for sound equipment installation, running of sound desk throughout the event.
• Backline (not included)
  But we can supply drum kits, guitar and bass amplifiers, keyboards if needed.
