Our Wiltshire based Academy contacted Slick Events to help us build a safe and practical stage based on some existing ideas we had drawn out. I can say that from first contact to collection/completion we only ever received amazing 5 star service and it was an absolute pleasure working with the company. Our production of Bugsy Malone would have been a very different show if it wasn't for Slick Events. We look forward to working with the team again for our next production as David has certainly gone above and beyond to provide us with exception professional service.

We booked the Slick mobile stage for our football club’s Golden Jubilee event in our local park. Rob delivered it and was incredibly efficient and helpful. We had organised hire of a generator, PA and microphones but had no prior experience of getting everything up and running, but Rob helped us set everything up and ensured we got all our trophy presentations started on time. When the wind blew our banner off the stage Rob was on hand with gaffa tape to get it fixed! We were really impressed with how Slick went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success!

David and his professional team are absolutely superb. We run an annual food festival for 15,000 people and Slick Events are our go to choice for Staging and Sound. They are easily the best Staging Company I’ve worked with in the last 20 years of our Festival. Would recommend 100%.

Slick Events created our superb scenery for SOS Presents Spamalot at MAST Mayflower Studios Southampton. We were delighted with the quality of the set building and painting. David and the team provided CAD drawings of the set design and worked with us to refine them, even helping resolve a last minute issue to improve access for the cast without detriment to the fantastic look of the Castle. The Slick team put our set up at the theatre and were so friendly and professional. The set arrived in numbered pieces, with plans that the team followed very efficiently to get the set built by lunch time. We recently used Slick Events for 2 productions; The Addams Family at PQA Eastleigh and Peter Pan at PQA Abingdon. The service from David and the team was fantastic from start to finish. The quality of the set was brilliant and really added to the productions. We will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend.

I'm an event planner in Poole. We had a very complicated request for a large private party in Sandbanks.David was the first out of many requests to stage builders that was happy to help. We required a stage to be built over a swimming pool and have a pink carpet.It was done quickly and efficiently. They used a diver too which I was so impressed with.I cannot recommend enough. Total pros!!!

We worked with David and the team at Slick Events on Music by the Lake in Dorchester in 2023. Throughout the planning and the event itself they were professional, attentive and genuinely 'slick'! Writing on behalf of the Gillingham Chamber of Commerce. We hired Slick Events recently for a mobile stage and sound engineer. They have a slick set-up with everything on board. Often at these events the sound is poorly equalised, but the sound engineer positioned himself out front the whole day and kept everything sounding great. -2 degree temperatures didn't harm their mood - the team stayed cheery to the end. They even brought a snow cannon as a little surprise for me! Lovely team and great service all around. Worth the money.

I've worked with Tracey and David for the last 4 years to arrange the Winchester Christmas lights switch on. I have been working with Slick Events for many years now and they always deliver!Over the years David Williams has been like a mentor for me. As my event management journey has progressed his support has continued :)This photograph is from an event I was working for a client in Kinson, Bournemouth. When it came to it the stage simply could not fit through the entrance to the field so Slick Events reviewed the location and were dynamic enough to identify a location where the stage could be popped over the fence and towards the centre of the event space which worked perfectly.All went very smoothly with bands being sound checked and set up in a very professional manner. Great sound management and controls, loved the new compact stage as well.Very happy to recommend Slick Events 🙂
